Gracie's Fun Adventures this Weekend

Well... Gracie started Saturday morning off a bit lazy:

 

But once we were up and getting ready, she was excited to head out the door. We headed out in the car to one of our favorite trails in Dartmouth.

 

  
We took her on a 4 mile trail in Dartmouth at Slocum's River Reserve and Dartmoor Loop on Saturday. We all had a great time. 

 

 

Then on Sunday, we spent the afternoon up at Gooseberry Island. Gracie played fetch in the water, met up with a couple of dogs and made a new friend.

 

  

  Gracie was wiped out by 5 p.m. on Sunday. She really enjoyed her fun adventures this weekend.

Jazzmin and Oddball Enjoying The Spring Weather

Alison, a great friend of mine and co-worker, contacted me today to share this great picture of her dog Jazzmin and Jazzmin's cousin Oddball.

"Hi Tammi & Gracie:  Just wanted to introduce you to Jazzmin's cousin Oddball. She is a 9 year old Black Lab/Mix.  She is very lovable, but can be timid sometimes, so Jazzmin takes on the role of Oddball's protector. They have known each other since pups, and get very excited to see each other- which is funny, as they live next door to one another and walk together regularly- but everyday is a fresh day to a dog!"

I came across some interesting articles on the benefits of peas and organic quinoa. I'm always looking to enhance Gracie's nutrition so she can live a long, happy, and healthy life.
